Glomo gives merchants a set of downloadable reports for reconciliation, compliance, and treasury operations. Reports are available from the dashboard under Reports, and most can be scoped to a date range and downloaded as CSV. Reports can also be scheduled for automatic delivery instead of downloaded manually.
For LRS remittances, see Payment, settlement and payout reports for LRS for what each status means, what funds available means, and how to check whether a payment has been settled.
Report access follows your platform role: Admins and Members can view and download reports; Sales Partners do not have report access.
Go to Reports → Request report, open the card for the report you want, pick a date range and click Request report. When the file is ready, download it from the Report history tab.
